Our Review By Jon Donnis
Wow what a film, that's the first thing I want to say. First lets get the plot out of the way, the President is at a summit and about to make a speech when he gets shot, thats the first 10 minutes of the film done. But the gimmick in this film is that time then rewinds and we get to see those 10 minutes again but from someone elses vantage point, or perspective, and then again from someone elses.
We have views from the secret service agents, from an American tourist with a camcorder, from various terrorists involved, and so on.
It is a very clever idea which is perfectly put together, each new look at the events reveals more of what really happens, all ending up with a fantastic climax which includes an amazing car chase.
The film is just the right legnth and although it is not the type of film you can really watch more than once, it did leave me out of breath by the end, and totally satisfied. A very good contender already for gimmick film of the year.
I have to give this film an exhilarating 9/10
